From the first song to the last dance, the interactive form was designed to completely walk you through every stage of the planning process. Each section of the form is dedicated to each particular event, with tips, ideas, suggestions and alternatives as well as areas that allow you to comment, post your thoughts or jot down your own personal instructions or desires. It's almost like having your very own wedding coordinator at your fingertips!
From picking out all your favorite jams to those annoying songs you definitely DON'T want to hear, you'll have access to over 45,000+ songs in my music library; I'm constantly updating with new music all the time. You'll also gain access to the most requested songs by brides everywhere.
With the timeline, you can organize, arrange and set the times for each event in your itinerary as you see fit.
From flamboyant wedding party introductions right down to a sudden funky breakout of a father/daughter dance, edited mixes of music to be played during those special moments can be made so that that perfect moment is captured with the right parts of the music.
I am always available to you during your entire planning process anytime you have a music question, need ideas or suggestions, or you just want to hear different versions of a particular song.
At your request, I can set up a link to where guests can log in with their own password and access a special guest request area, aside from your own playlist.

I'm based in Texas City, but I travel anywhere within the greater Houston/Galveston vicinity and also in parts of the general southeast Texas regions. I also don't charge any mileage fees if my one-way travel time is 2 1/2 hours or less from my location.
I guarantee reliable sound and lighting systems by using only name-brand professional DJ equipment. You demand quality and consistency and that's what I depend on as well.
I always have a backup system, mics and music ready to go in just a matter of minutes so the party doesn't have to end early.
Unlike bigger DJ corporations that send out DJs all with different personalities who may or may not be familiar with the details of your wedding, you can rest assured that I will be the one handling your big day. I don't double-book on any given day, so your wedding date that you booked me for is solely yours. This gives your event my complete and undivided attention so that no part of your itinerary is being rushed and I'm not trying to wrap things up in order to zip off to another event.
I make every possible attempt to be at your event, rain or shine, day or night, meteor shower or alien attack. But, I also do realize that such circumstances can and do arise. Although rare, I would locate a replacement DJ at the agreed-upon fees. Should I be unable to find a replacement after exhausting all of my resources, you would receive a full and prompt refund of all fees paid to Spin Majic DJs. I'm always prepared with a backup plan should the unforeseen arise.
If cancellation is executed in writing and agreed to by both parties within 3 days of booking the event, a 100% refund will be given; otherwise, all cancellations MUST be done in writing and no refunds are given. However, in the case of cancellations that are due to acts of God, weather or unforeseen circumstances out of your control, then a full refund (minus the deposit) will be given WITH THE UNDERSTANDING that rescheduling cannot be done within a reasonable amount of time.
Both setting up and tearing down is done on my time, outside of your event times. I don't charge any "hidden fees" for any kind of setup, regardless if I have to go upstairs or across the street.
The non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking, along with a signed contract that ensures that no other event will be booked on that day.
I accept personal checks, credit cards, Venmo/Zelle/Cash App, Paypal, and of course, cash. The remaining balance on ALL events is 14 days prior to the event date; because personal checks take awhile to clear, I don't accept that final form of payment less than 30 days prior.
Once you book your wedding with me, within your Bridal Suite is a link to pay on your balance, and it's available to you 24/7. Once you've paid your balance in full, that link will disappear.
Once your planning form has been submitted, I like to schedule a final consultation (either in person, over the phone or virtual) to discuss the complete itinerary from start to finish, to ask and answer questions, and to be completely in tune with the couple and their wishes. Alternatively, if you hired a wedding coordinator, I like to bring them into the discussion as well.
I like to arrive at venues between 1-2 hours before I play the first song, especially if it's the first time visiting your venue. This way, I can complete setup, do sound and mic checks and get cleaned up before the first guest arrives.
The BRIDAL SUITE on the home page is your client area portal. It's available to couples and their wedding coordinators from the minute they book with me, right up until 5 days prior to their wedding day. You'll have a password-protected area to securely add all of your wedding details and listing your favorite songs. The best part? It's available to you 24/7.
I ask that everything be finalized and submitted 5 days prior to the wedding so that I can put the finishing touches on your itinerary. You'll receive an automated reminder email 10 days prior to the lockout so that you are able to complete everything and get your consultation scheduled.
Any changes can be made up until the day before the wedding. Because I typically do most of my wedding prep the night before, I generally don't accept any last-minute changes unless absolutely necessary.
I currently have over 47,000 songs in my library, and I'm constantly updating it with new music and new additions. To browse the library, click on the SONG SEARCH tab at the top of the page.
You can add up to 100 songs, in addition to adding up to 10 custom songs that you can't locate within my library. These are general song requests and don't include the special songs such as your first dance, grand entrance, parent dances and tosses.
If you can't find a specific song that you're looking for, whether it's for a special dance or just a general song selection, let me know and I can get it for you (as long as ITunes has it).
In lieu of the request list and if you have either a Spotify or Apple Music playlist already created, you can share that with me via text or email and I'll play off that list (provided that any explicit music can be located with a clean version of that song).
I do. If there are specific songs that you don't want played, either for personal reasons or just because you hate it, there's a complete section in your request list where they can be given a no-no.
Unless a couple tells me different, guest requests are always welcomed and encouraged (and as long as that specific song request fits into the atmosphere of the wedding). For example, i wouldn't want to take a request for a speed metal song at a country wedding. ;)
